MARS Conference Room Booking is a Unified Communications Productivity Application which allows users to search, look for provisions and book conference rooms in a campus or facility. This application addresses the problem of confusion arising out of multiple groups trying to use the same conference room for their requirements. Integrated with Microsoft Exchange Server and Active Directory. MARS Conference Room Booking allows a synchronized environment for booking conference rooms and for the administrators to track them.

TRANSPORT BOOKING

MARS Transport Booking facilitates streamlining of the transport management functions in an organization. There are two sub modules in this catering to the needs of changes in scheduled departures and special request departures. Employees can use this phone based application to book a seat into any of the regular departure routes and vehicles. The special request departure module allows employees to request for special drop-ins.

MARS Audio Trainer


Training and HR department of large organizations have often a rich collection of audio files- from internal workshops, chairman's speech or address, management audio lectures, speech and diction training contents, foreign language trainers, etc
The challenge is in making such audio content available to a group of employees or all employees as easy-to-use audio broadcasts. This broadcast should be (a) targeted at specific user groups (such as a new group of trainees (b) be different for different group of people- i.e. system should support simultaneous broadcasts. (c) Should be playable by the user/trainee only when he is ready and available near the IP phone
As PC speakers and earphones are not allowed in most large organizations, such audio broadcast are best done on Cisco IP phones using MARS Play Wav file application. MARS audio trainer application allows a user to play out a pre-recorded wav file on his Cisco IP phone.
On selecting a service in the IP Phone the user is listed a list of prerecorded file categories in the IP Phone. Each category will contain different prerecorded files as configured by the system administrator. The selected file it is played out to the user on the IP Phone.
MARS Audio Trainer Application is supported on all makes of Cisco IP phones

EXTERNAL CALLER DETAILS WITH BUSY ON BUSY


MARS Caller Details shows the PSTN & Cisco's IP-Phone caller details in a Cisco IP Phone. If a user receives a call from an external party and the information are already there in the database than the information popes up on the IP Phone screen. The user after seeing the details in the screen can request for an image as well. Users know before hand to whom they are talking to and can respond accordingly.
The user has an option to REJECT the incoming call by clicking a button on the IP Phone. On selecting this option the call will be disconnected. The user has an option to revert to the incoming call as BUSY by clicking a button on the IP Phone. On selecting this option a prerecorded voice file (configurable) will be played out to the caller and then the call will be disconnected.
