MARS Meet-Me Authenticator & Scheduler


MARS Meet-Me Authenticator & Scheduler works along with the default Cisco Meet-Me conferencing application to provide user authentication and conference scheduling features to the Meet-Me application. The application sends automatic intimations & reminders to conference attendees in the form of email, SMS and text message to Cisco IP phones. To join a scheduled Meet-Me conference the user needs to dial an IVR number and enter the provided credentials.

MARS Voice Relay

MARS Voice Relay/Paging allows authenticated users to select menu options to relay specific messages to a group of users or make a broadcast to all the users in the IPT environment. This will get relayed as a voice message as the speaker speaks to all the IP Phones in the environment. As this is done using the multicasting feature it has got minimal impact on the licensing aspects of the application environment. Administrator can choose to allow this facility in a select number of phones in order to avoid misuse of the same. MARS Relay comes very useful when emergency intimation needs to be conveyed to all and sundry who are present in a particular location. Augments the public announcement system capabilities in a work space.

MARS Advisor On Call

It is a Cisco IP Phone based application where you can have a specialist/advisor on call when you are in a teleconference with your customer. The advisor can assist you on the fly as he would be present in the teleconference and can hear the complete conversation between you and your customer. The advisor can assist you by providing vital information/statistics during the conference call The advisor can assist you by providing you with answers to unexpected questions asked by your customer during the conference call The advisor can point out any wrong commitments made in the conversation and thus helping you out in rectifying the case then and there itself which might be difficult to do so at a later stage of time. You can hear the voice of both customer and advisor Advisor can hear the voice of both you and customer Customer cannot hear what the advisor is saying to you Customer can hear only what you are speaking.

PHONE SPLITTER

MARS-Phone Splitter allows the CISCO single line conference phones to be used for both PSTN and VOIP dialing. CISCO Conference Stations 7936 and 7937 which are the highest selling are both single line phones. Phone Splitter facilitates dialing out through the different partitions of the call manager by downloading appropriate profiles to the conference stations. The different profiles in turn facilitate routing of the calls through different partitions of the call manager. In countries where it is legally required to route these calls through different partitions Phone Splitter helps in meeting compliance.

PTT CONFERENCING

MARS Push To Talk (PTT) multicast conferencing allows parties to get in touch instantly through a multicast conference bridge. This application uses the multicast ports of the routers to connect with different parties in a multicast group. Multicast addressing is a network technology for the delivery of information to a group of destinations simultaneously using the most efficient strategy to deliver the messages over each link of the network only once, creating copies only when the links to the multiple destinations split. Once the multicast conferencing is underway it is not dependent on any one party including the initiator or the application server.
VOICE MAIL

MARS Voice Mail is a CUAE based Voice Mail system which can be hooked to any Cisco switch compatible with the Cisco Unified Communication Environment. This is a same box solution where the voice mail feature can be configured from the same application server as other MARS applications and that can be a non MCS server as well. The recordings are protected by a unique user name password pair for each user.
IVR

MARS Interactive Voice Response (IVR) is a CUAE based application to processes inbound phone calls, plays recorded messages including information extracted from databases. It can then route calls to either inhouse service agents or transfer the caller to an outside extension. connect callers with the intelligent computer telephony system. It detects the various keyword inputs and guides the caller to the most appropriate and suitable information or executive.
